Are you a qualified to purchase an Exempt Market Product Offering?

Canada's regulatory framework is a patchwork of rules that differ from one province to another. These rules are found in Nation Instrument (NI) 45-106 and govern who can sell and who can buy investments. White Capital vigorously adheres to these rules.

Ontario

If you reside in Ontario, to qualifiy, you must be an accredited investor or purchase a minimum of $150,000 at one time. For more information see our accredited investor summary.

The Rest of Canada

If you reside outside of Ontario, and the person selling you the investment is an Exempt Market Dealer or member of IIROC, you must be an eligible investor or purchase a maximum of $10,000. British Columbia's rules are slightly different.
