John Baker

John came to the world of finance in 2003 from the high tech arena where he designed and managed enterprise information networks. During his high tech career Mr. Baker has held positions from Director of Information Technology to Microsoft Certified Trainer, and held Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate designations.

In 2003 John began his career as a retail advisor, but always had a focus on corporate finance and capital markets; in November 2010 John left Canaccord Genuity to join the White Capital team.

John holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst charter as well as the Canadian Investment Manager designation.

John Baker is White Capital's Chief Investment Officer, with responsibility the firm's initiative in Belize and the Placencia group of companies.
