Are you an "Elgible Investor"?
An "Eligible Investor" has the meaning ascribed to it in section 2.9 of National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus and Registration Requirements.
The most common definitions* of an eligible are as follows:
A person with:
- assest that exceed $400,000 alone or with a spouse
- income that exceeds $75,000 individually
- income that exceed $125,000 when combined with spouse
